SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to UK consumer purchases (B2C) from 3D Printing Express, covering both third-party padel accessories and products we manufacture ourselves.
WHAT WE SHIP & WHERE
• Destination: UK mainland as standard. We can also ship to Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (surcharges/times may differ).
• International: Currently [not offered / offered to: ROI, EU, USA, …]. If offered, duties and taxes are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
DISPATCH TIMING (GUIDANCE, NOT A GUARANTEE)
• Orders placed by [2pm] on business days usually dispatch the same or next business day.
• Busy periods and make-to-order items may take longer. We’ll email you if there’s a material delay.
• Pre-orders/back-orders: If shown at checkout, we’ll provide an estimated window; it’s an estimate only.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
• You’ll receive a tracking link (where available) once your order leaves us.
• If tracking is missing or unclear, email hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk with your order number.
SAFE PLACE, MISSED DELIVERIES & ADDRESS ISSUES
• If you instruct a “safe place” or neighbour, you accept the associated risk once the carrier confirms delivery.
• Missed deliveries: The carrier will retry or hold at a depot. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. We can reship (postage may apply).
• Please check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays/losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (48-HOUR RULE)
• If your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can raise a carrier claim and fix it quickly.
ITEMS MISSING OR WRONG ITEM
• Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and put it right (replacement or missing item sent).
RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS (SUMMARY)
• Faulty items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund (your choice).
• Wrong colour? We offer a colour-swap exchange within 14 days if unused and resaleable with all original packaging and contents.

• Approved faulty returns receive a prepaid return label.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IF INTERNATIONAL ENABLED)
• International customers are responsible for local duties/taxes unless stated. Refused shipments may incur return charges.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
