Returns Policy (Padel Accessories)

This policy applies to UK consumer purchases (B2C) from 3D Printing Express and covers both third-party padel accessories and products we manufacture ourselves.

WHAT’S ELIGIBLE
• Faulty items only (within 14 days): If your product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return for a replacement or refund (your choice).
• Colour swap (exchange only): If you received the wrong colour, we’ll exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all original packaging and contents. (Colour swaps are exchanges only; no refunds for change of colour.)

WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE
• Change of mind, wrong size/fit, or ordered by mistake (except the colour-swap exchange above).
• Damage from wear & tear, misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation.
• Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened/used (e.g., wristbands, opened overgrips), unless the fault existed from new.
• Customised/personalised items, unless faulty on arrival.
• Items returned without everything that was supplied in the box.

“WHAT COMES WITH IT” (BUNDLES, FREEBIES, IN-THE-BOX ITEMS)
If your product arrived with extra items (e.g., pouches, leaflets, accessories, free gifts, bundle components), you must return everything for us to process a fault return or colour exchange.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the fault or colour mismatch.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) with instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely (ideally in the original packaging), include all items that came with it, and put the RA number inside the parcel.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Faulty items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse reasonable postage if agreed in advance).
• Colour swap (exchange): Please return the item at your own cost; we’ll send the replacement to you at our standard delivery rate.
• Not faulty on inspection: If the item is found not to be faulty, we’ll return it to you and may ask you to cover the shipping.

INSPECTION & OUTCOME
• We’ll inspect your return and email you within 5 working days with the result.
• If the fault is confirmed, you may choose either a replacement (like-for-like) or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds cover the item price and any standard delivery you originally paid, where required by law.
• For colour swaps, we’ll dispatch your chosen colour once the returned item passes condition checks.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos of the packaging and item) so we can raise a carrier claim and resolve quickly.

IMPORTANT
• All returns must be authorised (RA issued) before you send them; unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.
• Items must be returned clean, safe, and dry for handling.
• Keep your proof of postage until we confirm your outcome.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights (including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
