PAYMENT POLICY

This policy explains how payments work for orders placed with 3D Printing Express (UK consumer purchases).

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• PayPal: Enabled
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

WHEN WE CHARGE YOU
• In-stock items: Your payment is usually captured at checkout.
• Make-to-order / pre-order items: We may place a pre-authorisation at checkout and capture the payment on dispatch (or charge at order if stated).
• One order = one contract. We’ll email an order confirmation once received, and a dispatch confirmation when shipped.

SECURITY & FRAUD CHECKS
• Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners with 3-D Secure where supported.
• We may run automated or manual fraud checks. If a transaction cannot be verified, we may cancel or request an alternative payment method.

PRICING, VAT & INVOICES
• Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
• If you need a VAT invoice, reply to your order confirmation or email hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk with your order number.

REFUNDS
• Approved refunds (e.g., confirmed faulty goods) are issued to your original payment method.
• Once processed on our side, banks and payment providers can take 5–10 working days to display the funds.

FAILED OR CANCELLED PAYMENTS
• If your payment fails at checkout, no order is placed. Please try again or contact your bank.
• If we cancel an order (e.g., failed fraud checks or stock error), we’ll notify you and release/void the charge or issue a refund promptly.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
• Only one promotion code per order unless stated.
• If you return part of an order, refunds reflect the discounted price you actually paid for each item.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
• If something isn’t right, contact us first at hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk and we’ll work to resolve it quickly. Opening a payment dispute may slow resolution.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
